I'm cracking up listening to fat fuck and his brother talk about food choices.

Food choices like "Do I want one Double Double or two? Better make it three and measure the ingredients just to make sure they're not cheating me." Why do I have a feeling Jack's gonna restart his burger wars for this?

If Jack is talking about needing to poop, it probably means he's on heavy duty painkillers which will make you constipated. So he's still in ICU on intense pain medication, I am guessing Jack has most likely had heart surgery. Maybe a couple of stents placed in, some kind of bypass procedure, you can go up through a vein in the leg/crotch for those. I think if it was open heart surgery then he'd not be able to post to social media so soon.

This is clearly on a hospital bedside table/tray. Here's a sample pic for reference, though Jack's looks multileveled.

I agree: that's definitely an overbed table. Your photo is also of a multi-level table; either the top slides or a hidden leaf slides out of the top, to change the elevation and provide a surface a tray can fit on without making the patient move their things.

That red terry-looking item could be a balled-up Fall Risk sock.

Jack could just be making a poop joke; he wasn't very clear and that's about his level of sophistication.

Isn't Jack's diet meat and cheese, with occasional binges on sugar alcohols? Constipation is not unknown to him. However, as soon as you're admitted to a hospital, your bowel date is recorded. The nursing staff is going to start their routine measures if it's looking like hasn't/isn't going to poop at least every three days--or if his imaging showed an incidental finding of a high stool burden.

Assuming he's in for an MI, Jack's not going to be on a huge amount of pain medication. He'll have that initial morphine for chest pain, and likely oral medication as needed for post-op pain if appropriate, but the point of any percutaneous interventions is to fix the root cause of the chest pain. (If he was only stented, that tiny access point is not going to get much sympathy from the prescriber.)

Then again, we don't know what Jack was taking at home; he could have had a daily Norco regimen going on that he never mentioned after his ortho surgeries or general wear and tear on his body.

Plenty of open hearts are fine to dick around on their phones once they're out of Recovery and back on the unit. They might have a hard time finding a comfortable position, and will probably do some drunk posting, but it's not improbable.

Mushrooms are the last vegetable I’d personally select if I was stopped up. It’s low in fiber. It isn’t going to do literal shit for your shit.

Mushrooms

Mushrooms have some of the lowest fiber content of all vegetables, with only 0.5 grams per 1/2 cup raw. Cooking mushrooms will slightly increase their fiber content. As a result, the same serving of cooked mushrooms has 1.7 grams of fiber, which is still low enough for a low-fiber diet.

Someone pointed out in our Discord last night that it looks like you cannot get the mushrooms as a one off side. Here’s Cheddar’s menu. In other words, whoever smuggled in these mushrooms to the hospital for him would have gotten them along side of a burger, chicken or a steak.

So who got the full course dinner? Tammy? Or (more likely) Jack. What aren’t we seeing off camera?

You just KNOW that Jack got a big meal and Hammy got one too. Hopefully it will be a special episode of JOTG.

The special episode of F as in Frank is coming.

His reply was, "less than 2 weeks is the soonest. 😬👍"

The fact that he got food from Cheddar's after his heart attack shows the man is a ticking time bomb and a man with no self control.
But it's mushrooms and garlic sauteed in butter! That's healthy! Nevermind that we weren't privy to the massive double bacon double cheeseburger he most likely ate too.

Or maybe he's got some mild reaction to mushrooms or it's a reaction to something in the recipe that makes him poop. But he's too brain damaged to figure it out other than "mushrooms from Cheddars makes me go potty".

I'm sure he'd sell his soul for a Wendy's Baconator.
I'm pretty sure he already sold that for a cookie a long time ago.

Lest we forget how Jack *really* feels about Cheddar’s.

How pathetic is your life that you lose it over a commercial that most likely has fine print stating $11.49 for a half rack and then get upset at the restaurant over $0.20 price difference in items? How pathetic. What a fucking loser and Hammy played right into it.

He also says they advertised $12.99 then he says $11.49. He's such a baby bitch. I wonder if he threw a fit at the hospital when he saw their ribs are now $13.99 for a half rack and $5 more for a whole rack?

He's the type of shit head that would whine about the price of ribs and say he can just get a full rack of ribs at the store for $8 then spend all day ruining them on one of his two dozen smokers.

He'd have so much more money if he didn't have to use his Frequent Flyer Miles at the emergency room.

The next F as in Fat will be recorded bedside. I really don’t see any other way otherwise unless he’s having someone else record it on his behalf.

Also, speaking of, Jack’s dream of buying a plot of flat land and plopping down another McMansion? Unless someone already laid down money, I highly doubt this will happen. We won’t be seeing the tonight show set, kitchen set and podcast studio as promised.

Minor PL: 5 years ago I had roughly a 5-7 hospital visit, the majority of which were recovering in the ICU after a sepsis related incident. I had good insurance (Amerimutt) and still walked away with a $16000 hospital bill. Jack is going on week three of hospitalization. This will cripple them financially.

At any rate, they shouldn’t be upgrading, they should be downsizing. Something a single level so it’s easy to wheel an incapacitated fat man from room to room and something large enough to accommodate the eventual hospital bed, because it’s clear he has no interest in addressing his food addiction and insecurity issues.
