:story: While Kevin is fat, I really don't think he's so fat that SRS butchers would delay/reject his surgery. He's no Jake Alley.
I wonder if this is just an excuse they're feeding him. SRS butchers are notoriously reluctant to do amhole revisions considering how easily they can turn into a disaster (fistulas, painful scar/granulation tissue, etc). They must also know Kevin's a liar who likely won't stick with the necessary dilation/aftercare:

I swear I've read a reddit screencap in some other thread about how too much anal can harm the structural integrity of an amhole so I'm sure that will totally turn out fine and dandy.

IIRC from the SRS thread, it won't feel as pleasurable either since there's a bigger gap between the prostate and anus thanks to them amhole, maybe it won't be as bad considering Kevin's has closed up but scar tissue could get in the way instead.

I should think that would happen soon after they move into Penny’s parents place.

It’s one thing having to home your castrated overgrown boy loser son in his 40s, but when he brings a pair of dependents who are grown adults and stink like shit with him, it pushes any reasonable parental care limits.
 
Thing is, we don't know if Penny's parents are staying in the house too. They might move to a smaller property and leave tardson alone with whatever he does.
