I gave Pat the benefit of the doubt, but this behavior in my mind proves 100% that these SWAT’s are to some degree bullshit. This is not the behavior of a traumatized man. This is a guy using his “swatting” to go after a fucking podcaster who’s going to do nothing but research publically available information. Seeing these scumbags absolutely freak the fuck out because of that is both entertaining and revolting.

So the welfare call came in at 7:34pm. The showing for A Christmas Carol would have begun at 7 or 7:30pm. How did Pat know he was swatted if he was not in the house at the time the swatting occurred?

It's still irritating that this fat faggot will force Obscura to retain a lawyer.

He should go through with the episode and not mention Piggy at all (it's not even about him), so that the whole thing becomes frivolous and Piggy ends up having to owe him.

Depending on where Obscura is located, I haven't looked, and their anti-SLAPP situation I might not bother with a lawyer despite Patirck's history of frivolous lawsuits. I've seen people get dismissed from lawsuits this stupid just from writing well written submissions to the court. I definitely wouldn't retain anyone until I actually get served because I'm somewhat skeptical about Patirck's ability to find an attorney willing to do this. Suing someone for libeling someone not your client (true or not) on an evidence free basis that it's part of a conspiracy against your client seems like a good way to upset a judge.

I don't think any self SWAT has ever gone up but when people are tried for doing it to others it's attempted murder so that would be a lot of time since it happened a lot also. Although the last one just said welfare check so I doubt anything would come of that either way. Feds really hate it when you call in fake shit though when they catch him they may very well throw the book at him but at least it won't be one of his books.
