Once again, he's putting the cart before the horse. He seriously thinks he's going to be granted a permit to shut down a street in order to BBQ for hookers in it. Or even more retarded, he thinks he can force the church or the surrounding buissness to let him use their parking lot or land. Or he thinks he can have a BBQ on the sidewalk and the fire department won't show up to immediately shut that shit down.

How does he even know what curch this guy goes to? Maybe it's mentioned online or in an article somewhere, the guy is a vocal Christian, but given Russholes history maybe insta thots aren't the only thing he's been stalking.

It wouldn't be too hard to find out info about a guy who's made himself a public figure. Of course, showing up outside someone's place of worship to scream about your right to bang hookers for money might get interpreted as stalking, but I'm not basically a lawyer, so what do I know. I see another harassment charge in Russ's future.
 
He needs to set up a stage and have his band perform all their hits. Why settle for just a BBQ when he could make it a whole damn block party.
 
I can picture it now: He's standing on a street corner holding some stupid sign that he thinks is clever, while cooking a single pack of hotdogs that he bought from Walmart on a cheap kettle grill that he barely knows how to operate. People just awkwardly walk past him, trying not to make eye contact.

He gets shooed off private property before he can do anything, and told he can't block off a street for the purposes of protesting (which is what he's actually doing).
 
He'll probably just do what he usually does, pay someone else to do the actual work, then pop in to take the credit.

There's guys I know who will bring a hog and roaster and all the barbecue stuff to whatever event and cook and serve it right there. I'm sure there's something like that for hire in Vegas.

He's too cheap to do that. And anyway, he could protest on the sidewalk (if there is one), but there's no way he's getting permission to set up a BBQ or anything, particularly in protest of a specific individual.
