It is impossible to undo these kinds of decisions, there will always be scars and other remnants, but I will still always say it's the right decision. Getting fake tits dumb, but realizing your mistake is smarter than persisting in folly, even if it's impossible to completely undo

Something about that really rubs me the wrong way. It's one thing to say my parents don't like this, but I'm going to do it anyway because it's what I want. It's another the use their mental condition to excuse your own poor decisions

Same, this is particularly... I don't know what word to use. Gross. Dementia is, simply put, horrific for everyone involved. But her attitude is very creepy and BPDish, she's pretty much like, "thankfully he got dementia so I could get more tattoos without him getting mad at me". Yuck.

What's wrong with Seattle? I'm not north american but I've only heard bad things about living in Toronto and Vancouver.

Real estate is still over-inflated, their particular neck of the woods has more hobos than they might like, etc.
Neither Seattle nor Vancouver are good cities to raise kids in, so I have no idea why Vancouver is her destination aside from Anisa wanting to clean up her immigration status. Surrey would be about as middling a white suburb to raise kids in as Issaquah. In both cases I'd say give up and move inland, but we know they'll never do that.
