Im normally vehemently against any form of off site contact, trolling, gay ops or harrassment of the cows.
They dont have to come here and read our posts, any "harrassment" they feel if they choose to look themselves up is entirely self inflicted and the product of their shame over being mocked for gross shit they themselves have said or done.
I dont think they realize just how much the no contact policy protects them from users who might otherwise be more hands on in their trolling, look at the shit Chris used to get, or the shit other forums give Fatrick.

And note, yet another case where the troons were not angry about "bigotry" or some bullshit, but because they were stealing money from a suicide charity which very probably literally resulted in the deaths of trans people like Elizabeth Waite, because the fake suicide hotline was just ignoring calls while the two thieving troons, Greta and Nina, were gallivanting around the country partying on drugs with stolen money.

Though I agree with much of what you said and your overarching theories, the explanation can be summarized much more simply: mental disorder. Just as a broken thermometer cannot measure temperature, a broken mind cannot self-assess its own state. The entirety of their perception of not just themselves, but of everything else, is the result of information passing through a filter which skews everything, like a pair of beer goggles used to simulate inebriation. It is no surprise, then, that they can have such strong convictions about such absurd ideas, how their decisions can be so poorly planned out, and how their view of reality is warped beyond measure.

Why is he asking for the status of whether that email is staffed or working correctly? That is his company and the fact that he thinks he has some sort of authority.

Either he can’t believe that someone is actually ignoring his emails, and thus thinks there’s a different reason, or he’s aiming to try and report Altibox to RIPE for having an invalid abuse contact. Which is just going to piss them off and not make them want to work with him at all.
 
Not that I am saying being drunk excuses rape, but why didn’t the rapist Fong Jones instead of claiming consent accident in place of rape, try the semi gaslight claim of “we were drunk and we must have fucked. I don’t remember too well and I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding at the time.”

It’s obviously still a red flag, but a much lesser one than calling a stone cold sober and planned rape a consent accident.

Most real people have a regretful drunken fumble at some point in their life.

This was during the height of METOO perhaps, where drunken mistakes had already been elevated to real rape rape, and so he was trying to negotiate that.
