What do you think about this?depending on who 1776 is actually IX'd with, the upstream peers will change almost randomly, as the big tier 1 ISPs slowly reshuffle their BGP stuff (it's like AGP but B) around. As long as path(s) are found and nobody is advertising that they CAN reach the ASN and then blackholing the traffic, it's probably just normal machinations.
