Is it? She's wearing the identical outfit (right down to the puffy high tops) from her "girls'n'guns" photo shoot from a week or two ago, so I was going to guess that she just took a photo somewhere in Florida that looked suitably California-ish. Clearly, some two-bit weed vendor isn't going to pay to fly her all the way to Cali just to get nekkid for one of their ads.
And the more I see of this Roman Friedrich guy, the funnier he gets. Seriously, who in their right mind is going to be impressed by a picture of a cartoon dog with a heart where it's bunghole should be?

All is possible in the world of the Tesch's.
I would speculate that this is either taken in Florida recently or was taken in California back in the day.
Gloria/Marina has a habit of lying/deception, if you look at her "convertible" video you can clearly see that it was shot on a shoestring budget in FL yet she went through the trouble of changing the license plates on her car to Cali plates.

I'm guessing it's an older California picture, because it seems awfully brown/not swampy with hills or small mountains. It just looks like the southwest to me.
