A rare RBR fuckup. Wow. Should have just completed that second to last lap.

Car still looks fast. I'm hopeful.
Again, Max finds himself with all the work cut out for him. He'll need to spend the first lap clenching his butt, making sure no-one tries for a move on him nor does he try and be overly ambitious.
Luckily Hambone doesn't have pole, nor does he have the best car, but unless Ferrari pulls a Ferrari, it looks very likely the win streak will end. For the slightest hope of a win, Max needs to be up to 4th or 5th by the end of lap 1, otherwise those Ferraris will just leave him for dead.

Luckily Max seems to have learned from his early career first lap shenanigans and knows now it's more important to get through the lap unscathed.

Wouldn’t Max have started at P20 had he run out of fuel? Not sure what happened there but the paddock clearly had more information than Max who was left in the dark. Either way, as a Max fan, I’m glad he’s starting P8 so the race will be somewhat interesting. Recently, the only races that have been interesting watches are the ones where he climbs up the grid… at least in my opinion.

LOL, a DQ would be hillarious.

Horrible misjudgement by Red Bull. You have a situation where the track is drying and yielding faster and faster times. It's one of those occasions when the last man out has a very good chance of being on poll because of the improving conditions.

He could have had pole on his second to last lap

I will never understand what the deal with him needing to wear all of that jewelry while racing is all about. I think the studs in his ears might actually be implants, so those obviously would be more difficult or impossible to remove. Most of the jewelry he possess is, again, my opinion, very gaudy and I would only see it as a distraction while racing.

Earlier this year, a vendor took a few members of my company and myself out to one of those tracks where you can get some track time in rented supercars. I got to time in a GT-R and a Porsche 911 Turbo S - holy shit, amazing vehicle - all the while, I was wearing a chain. Even when tucked securely under my shirt and the racing sock, it abraded my skin. Really agitating.

The rule has existed since before he even started in F2. It was down to race directors discretion to enforce which none did. After 2021 Toto and Lewlew went crying to the FIA about race directors having too much discretion so the FIA got new directors and told them to enforce the rules as written. So now the rule is being enforced and lewlew got exactly what he deserved.

He's claiming it's some sort of self expression and muh blacknes so they can't tell him to take them out. Ignoring they wouldn't let a Sikh driver wear a turban rather than a helmet and his shit isn't anywhere near that level of culturally or religiously significant.

The FIA need to hand down significant punishment sooner or later, he's brazenly refusing to abide by safety regulations of a sport where safety is hugely important. He already picked up a warning in Belgium for refusing to go to the medical center after an impact greater than 15G.

As for an "inaccurate self scrutineering form" that should come with a decent penalty too. The sport relies on the teams to submit forms saying they have complied with the regulations. Sending in a form saying they totally have even though they haven't, and should know they haven't, is a major breech.

Edit as per usual dickhead gets away with flouting the rules while merc get a slap on the wrist.

This right here is why people hate Hamilton and hate Mercedes. Acting constantly persecuted when they actually have so much power they get to bend the rules to their will.

Reminds me of a certain someone, now that I think about it...think Toto's ever tried to ratio anybody?

Man it would be sweet if a Perez Leclerc 1st corner incident happens and Max overtakes hambone on the last lap to no only take away his hopes of a win but also take the championship. The lewcocksucker salt would be amazing.

There are a series of comedy sketches by Armstrong and Miller, in which a pair of of World War II airmen converse in the style of modern teenagers. The crux of the joke is the placement of the words of an ignorant generation, who regard even a minor challenge to their personal expression as a grotesque infringement of their human rights, into the mouths of young men who risked their lives to protect fundamental freedoms.

That's Hamilton down to a tee - a teenager clad in the vestments of a World Champion, sadly, very much a man of his times. King victim, despite a lubed ascent through the echelons of motor racing, commencing with his (likely McLaren-assisted) escape from school expulsion for being being part of a gang who broke the finger of another boy (Hamilton's involvement was later cited as "mistaken identity").

The last hours of Senna were spent bullishly fighting for better safety in the sport - a World Champion using his influence to bring about a greater good. Hamilton has spent the 2022 season forcing the cowed FIA into a game of whack-a-mole, as his dickishly removes and then replaces his nose stud - a piece of jewellery that could cause burns in the event of a fire and might delay an emergency MRI if it melted and could not easily be taken out. He should be the one standing at the vanguard, telling the other drivers to remove anything that might cause further injury in the event of a bad accident.

Senna could be a complete arsehole, but there was an underlying decency that was reflected in his actions. Hamilton, by comparison, is an over-privileged prick, who still believes he's been hard done by.

Here's where the FIA bottles it and we have Spa 21 2: cucked F1 boogaloo.

You have extreme wet tyres, get the fuck racing you absolute bunch of pussies.

And we have to put up with naomi shit pretending she has anything interesting or knowledgeable to say.

"Can the grooves in the extreme wets cope with it". If they can't then tell pirelli to fuck off and make tyres that can. Stop making a joke of the sport just because it's raining a bit.

The likes of Senna and Hunt would punch the race directors in the dick for this nonsense. Bernie would have told them to get the fuck on with it or get the fuck out of the sport.
