Boys are more prone to liking boy toys as well as girls are more drawn to girl toys, but that does not make them predisposed to whatever gender they are and they certainly don't say whether or not it makes them women or men. Boys often flock to aggressive things because men are naturally more aggressive and commanding than the women. Girls, on the other hand, get drawn to girls toys because of it catering towards the Woman's more sensible and gentleness side, since women generally are naturally more gentle and sensible than men. There are moments where women would be more masculine or men could be more feminine, but that is generally something to do with tastes as these men still have aggressive tendencies along with masculine women still have sensible tendencies.

Nothing much would come of it outside of memes, and Lucas trying to use it for further victim points. Although, it is fun to imagine Lucas accidentally destroying himself via failed Tucker Carlson interview.
