Crossposting from the bobposting thread, and I know bobposting 'disappearing' has been mentioned here, but that last paragraph really, absolutely is a distancer between Lucas and bob.

It just seems like too much has happened to Lucas, all at once, for there not to be something going on. I don't believe for a second that the HDDs were actually taken or copied by the leaf police or anything, or that he's in possession of CP (although never say never!), but all this distancing is very deliberate.

No, they took possession of the computer, which means they absolutely did image the harddrives before the computer was returned. That is standard procedure when cops seize computers and the only reason they would seize it and then return it. This is always done for multiple reasons, not the least of which is to ensure they have backup evidence of what was on the drives in case they become damaged or happen to fail later. Whats on them remains to be seen, and that will be awhile as such investigations can take months

That depends entirely on how you define winning. Lucas doesn't necessarily need to win against fox news in order to win. Fox is already hated by tons of normies as some kind of trump mouthpiece. Lucas could easily set himself up to be crucified over going after fox news with the goal of making himself a martyr, then turning around and claiming he fought the good fight against anti troonism or whatever and get the left to see him as a minority troon victim of fox news who have listened to kiwifarms or whatever and made them want to persecute him even more. Plenty on the woke left and twitter would eat it up. They don't care about truth, they want a martyr to rally around and it fits their narrative

Whether lucas is smart enough to manipulate his way into such a situation is another matter entirely. He's as stupid as a rock
