"Period" is just an euphemism for "menses" as discussing menses/the actual bleeding part has been extremely taboo for most of written history. It is even now. Terms like "aunt flo", "shark week", "time of the month" are common euphemisms for "I'm bleeding out of my vagina rn". It isn't to refer to a mathematical period or a period like one would learn about in physics class. Women do not refer to the entire menstrual cycle as a "period", just the actual blood part.

No, injecting the same amount of estrogen or using topical treatments on a regular schedule will not reproduce any of this. "Supplementing" with progesterone pills up the ass (yes, they do this, too) will also not replicate this.

I think it's because Asian trannies understand that medicine can only do so much, and that they're only doing it to alleviate whatever dysphoria they feel. Western trannies are more self-centred and demand that everything conform to their worldview, no matter how much incongruence there actually is; in essence, their feels > reals.
