This loser has been around for several years making some really spergy videos about this topic and he's got a lot of loons who are always commenting on his videos. Here are just some of the many videos you will find on his channel where he constantly fearmongers about the decline of the West but trying to explain that through his racialist views. He's got a lot of Davis Aurini vibes to him.

That is only the case under certain conditions. In very extreme poverty (as in starvation is a real threat) and in difficult environments (russia) lower income can cause reduced fertility either from children dying/miscarrying or from being in russia
