Oh no, they are autigender. But only if they identify as such. Actually being autistic has nothing to do with it, but only autistic people can grasp the mere concept of it. But anyone can identify as autigender, even though it is impossible to get what it means. It is also not the same as neuroqueer, yet sometimes it is or at least very similar or not related at all.
