I know there was a backlash against sapiosexuality/romanticism on Tumblr, but it makes me wonder if there's some sort of fad/movement like tucutes that deems intelligence an oppressive concept, because it's not the first time I see this same exact wording.
I don't think most of their parents know. These kids were raised by the internet, pretty much. Their parents learned early on if they put their kids at a computer and stuck their fingers in their ears, the kids would entertain themselves on Club Penguin/Runescape/Whathaveyou. So these days, the parents just notice that the kids are spending hours on the computer, like always. The kids probably don't pull the demimutogender stuff in real life.
