You kind of have to know someone, and once you do it's not hard to gain access to sister spaces; it's all about networking. Friends invite friends, and so it goes on the merry-go-round. Maybe five to six years ago it used to be a lot easier to access through Tumblr and Reddit, which is when troon raids were at their worst, but now it's usually centered on places like Ovarit and Saidit; although pretty much every form of social media has women trying to create some XX only servers/spaces/etc. under gendercrit/radfem tags (e.g., Twitter, Insta, FB, Omegle). Even back when the actuallesbians Discord server was new women would organize in private to make their own troon-free servers/spaces. Similarly on websites like MeetMe where troons demand access to lesbian meetups a lot of the women will just do underground invite only events with a strict verification process.

There also used to be this big GC Discord server with over a thousand users, which allowed troons in to debate. Naturally that was a big hotspot for both groups to organize their own communities in private, but it was terminated for hate speech or whatever, because the babyfurfag Discord admins love troons, and if you say too much about how TWAM they'll also delete your account.

The blood test is super easy - they draw blood and do all the testing in the lab. Anyone with any kind of chronic illness gets blood draws regularly to monitor your disease. At the minimum everyone should get a cholesterol test once a year. Of course they'd bitch about having to fast for a cholesterol test.

I had a blood allergy test a number of years ago, came back mildly allergic to something. My doctor told me that blood tests are more prone to false positives than the prick test is and given how low my result was I might not actually be allergic to the thing.
