It's makeup, applied so badly as to be comical. There's a whole e-girl trend of applying blush all across the middle of your face in what I guess is supposed to look like cartoonish anime blushing, but even when they do it to extremes, they still fucking blend it. This troon just thinks "pink goes across face like in my animus!" and trowels it the fuck on without diffusing the edges or anything.

Decided to go DM diving in an old account from years ago and found a treasure trove of troons I mostly forgot about.
Speedrunning and romhacking has always been filled to the brim with troons, but I don't think anyone's commented on the niche site known as Super Mario World Central. They're a lot like Resetera with how militantly pro trans they can be. The reason for that shift was because they had a troon that pretends he's not a troon take over some Nazi simping furry's sys op position or whatever. Since then they ban anyone that might question the trans narrative, including the bulk of Mario 64 hackers like Kaze. Fearless transbian leader:

I don’t know exactly what long term effects Lupron has on a 14 year old. (But hey: Neither do the doctors, so no reason to feel dumb!)
But I’m reasonably sure that she is pretty fucked, and will remain looking like a weird in between twink woman for the rest of her life.
Starting a family is out of the question, but again: Neither men nor women will exactly line up to date her. Her romantic life will be limited to degenerate chasers who want a one night stand with someone who looks like a pubescent boy/girl but is legal.

I looked into it because I was curious, wondering if it had some sort of symbolic meaning like being ferocious but also cuddly, or continually needing to move forward to your transition to survive or something.
