This one has the cleanest looking arm graft I've seen. She must actually follow the surgeon care directions properly unlike the others.

Some obsessively post over and over about missing their singing voices, or want "vocal feminization surgery" like male troons get (as if that would ever restore your professional range as a soprano or what have you).

I can't imagine the dedication and work it takes to get into a vocal program, only for you to throw it all away with both hands because you decided on a whim to cosplay as a manlet when you got to college. I also can't believe their doctors don't try to stop them.

You have GOT to listen to this one. This is a girl who was on T for 3 months, is Japanese and has been posting near suicidal for months about how she doesn't like the voice changes bc they make her dysphoric. She posted a comparison between her singing voice pre and post T.

If i do a rough calculation based on my thumb width (I'm a rather tall female) her "dick in this pic" comes out to 4.8 inches with the most lenient estimation.
And her girth being about 4.7 inches.
