It's the actual way although mostly associated with the working class outside of the metropolitan centers. The older woman is more in line with the standard spoken Dutch.

You can use Google Lens on your phone to translate signs.
Google translate app will also translate audio if it's clear enough.

There also also sites you can upload video to create captions if it isn't already on Youtube which created CC's automatically.
 

Some video of the protests thus far. Music is gay, footage is cool. Spraying riot cops with cow shit water is maybe the best protest tactic I've ever seen, fuck those little system toadies.
 
I will preface this by saying I haven’t read what the actual regulations say.

For those who don’t understand why this is a big deal. There are 3 major elements needed by plants to grow, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). The biggest by far in quantity is usually nitrogen. It is used to make chlorophyll which a plan NEEDS to grow.

If they want to cut the amount of processed nitrogen by 30% you will have to make it up somewhere. Many dairy farms use cow manure (the shit spraying wagons you see the farmers using), however there is not enough cow shit to go around. The next option would be human shit. The problem is that unless processed (usually by kilning) you are spreading all those human transmissible diseases on your food. The other reason it it’s not as concentrated so you need more of it. Most people do not want to follow lines of septic trucks heading out of cities to the fields.

If they are truly stupid and want to limit 30% of ALL nitrogen then I would recommend our Dutch friends dig out the souvenirs for WW2.

How does this guy think that farmers are supposed to keep the food deliveries going and also have a labor strike? That food is the farmer's labor.
 
There is still some sanity left in the world and I'm glad there are a few good men left in Holland.
