While I was catching up on this thread, I saw someone say "where are the happy trans people?"
And man, it's sad.
I only know 3 personally.
1 is someone with uncontrolled bipolar. They can't keep a job or a relationship or even a house because they get manic and do insane shit. They depress post on fb 24/7. I don't think they've had surgery but that's only because they can't afford it and they can't stay sane long enough to follow up with doctors.
The second has only been trans for 2 years but a year in, he got his balls cut off. He's in some weird poly relationship but he doesn't really say all of his fuckmates names. 99% of his posts are about how depressed and lonely he is, but how is polycule is soooo supportive xoxo. He was suicidal pre transition and nothing seems to have changed.
The third is the most stable, but I still detect some kind of bpd. He still lives at home for some reason despite keeping a job and having a lot of healthy hobbies. However he recently confided in me that he was just diagnosed with some hormone disorders and now that it's being treated, he doesn't feel like much of a woman. He wonders if having an undiagnosed thyroid thing resulted in low hormones, and made him confused. He was considering going back to just being a gay dude but he's scared to make the plunge.
In any case, all of them have mental health issues that seemed to have gotten worse after they became their "true selves." All of them have been approved for meds or procedures despite these clear mental health issues. It's messed up.
And man, it's sad.

According to most info I've found orgasms (and by extension pleasure) feel pretty much the same in men and women, only difference being in length with women having the longer orgasm. So you might as well not cut off your dick and drink horse piss because the experience is the same. If you do.. well enjoy not having an actual orgasm ever again.
