Did we ever find out for sure why Charls hates Sam? Is it only because Sam blew it and got WP canceled or is because of some behind the scenes/money shit? Nick and Sam are still friends and Nick and Charls are still in contact apparently so I have no clue why Charls won't come back (asides from Charls being an actual schizophrenic).

Also I watched The Great War recently and it was funny, if they put out more stuff like instead of the car & awful life advice podcast episode 1579 I might actually pay for a gumroad subscription.

No joke when cruelty squad came out I was almost certain it was com98 being secretly released in order to avoid a blacklist for being asociated with MDE. They'll have to make com98 really damn good if they want to beat it.

There was some leaks on 8chan with some texts from Charls saying he was upset the show got canceled. There was also some other texts about sams checks bouncing a lot but i think it was deleted a long time ago and they could have easily been taken out of context or just photoshoped.

Even if there is some truth to Charls being upset with Sam over the cancellation, I doubt that's the only reason because they were still hanging out and working together on stuff for a little while after.

I've come to the conclusion that Charls is either on hard drugs or an actual schizophrenic, judging by his recent content. The voices might have told him Sam was a bad man and not to associate with him anymore idk.


Seriously, check out some recent pictures he looks legitimately cracked out and hasn't posted anything remotely coherent in years. He used to at least look normal and only engage in moderate schizoposting when he was working on bombstrap right after WP was canceled, but he's gotten intense since then and hasn't made any actual content in about 2-3 years. Could just be commitment to his brand of advanced schizoposting.


Also I was checking out a few world peace sketches the other day and found that charls recently left a comment, this is the first time I've seen him talk about anything MDE related in years.

If you were ever on charls’ bombsTrap patreon you may remember some now-deleted rants. Sam may have been more outspoken but I honestly think Charls was behind some of the more straight conspiracy, anti estsblishment and challenging stuff that would match with the fake narrative of why the show got canceled. Charls did a lot of the writing behind the self defense sketch for instance

Also COM98 isn’t the game, it’s Sam’s original output moniker. You used to see old references to COM98 in some old cboyardee/famicon videos
