If so, they should be aware of the reverse mortgage she put on the house. Even after Chris did what he did, I bet they still view him as their retarded relative that has no idea of what they're doing and won't leave him to fend for himself out of principle, letting him in with them would be a stupid move even if they did want to cut ties with Chris after the incident so making arrangements for him to keep 14 BC wouldn't be unexpected!

It's been reported repeatedly that it's a regular mortgage, not a reverse mortgage.

Yes. The state will always get it's share. Eventually someone will buy the property no matter how decrepit and that somebody buys the back tax liability as well.

Tom and Harriet definitely, or at the very least they drove Barb to the bank and county offices etc. to make the payment.

The real question is what money was used to pay it? Barb's money? Tom and Harriet's own nest egg? Or are they availing themselves of Chris' tugboat (assuming it hasn't been shut off)?

People keep thinking the second mortgage barb took out to pay for tat is a reverse mortgage thanks to memes and not understanding the situation.

I think we all want what's best for Chris (with maybe different opinions on what that might be), but after all these years, we've learned against hoping for it. I certainly have.

Yeah, Barb took out all that debt to rebuild 14BLC since her insurance didn't completely cover it. The last I checked, banks don't offer reverse mortgages to rebuild the burnt out shell of houses the reverse mortgage is supposed to be against.

That’s news to me. I took a lot that Null said as gospel only because there literally was no other sources that wasn’t endless conjecture.

Regardless, he just kept getting basic terms wrong during his periods as Chris’s handler.

- On Nick Rekieta, he mentions “Joshua Sockness”
- He clunged hard onto Chris having a real girlfriend when it was coming to light he was fucking Barb
- He didn’t know the difference between a “Panel” and a “Booth” and sent Chris to TooManyGames with inferior intel. Subsequently couldn’t get through to Chris about kissing strangers. Enabled Chris to type paragraphs of CPU Bullshit.
