I live in a "relatively" small town & most of the steakhouses here serve Hotstone only because of that whole Social Media stigma.. Even if I order my Steak rare they don't wanna serve it without a stone. I fucking hate that. First of all, I'll smell like I would stand behind the stove/grill the whole night & second why do I need to cook it myself? I mean I get it, it takes the heat out of the kitchen if the customer can cook it for his own. Should I bring my dusty Chef Jacket back the next time I wanna eat?
