I'll admit, I was too harsh on her dad when I posted in here before. While he reacted badly, it's understandable that getting cucked by your daughter to such an extent would trigger an irrational reaction. This is especially so for someone who grew up in pre-internet days, and doesn't understand how meme magic works. Once again, RIP.

I've seen the videos, and she seemed to be really into it. Maybe there was some shame or bad feels, but there was also pure slutty enjoyment of being treated that way. I'm pretty good at reading others, and that's what I saw.

I'll reiterate, if she just openly acknowledged this instead of pretending a massive porn scandal didn't happen, I think most people would go easier on her. It's this tendency to whitewash her life that really brings out the trolling.

Exactly. While she'll never be exonerated, admitting the truth about what happened, her motives, etc would help alot. Whenever she makes public appearances, it's like there's an elephant in the room made of dicks, and she's pretending it's not there, which is begging to get trolled. Honesty goes a long way.

Yeah, she's not Paris Hilton, Laurence Fishburn's Daughter or Kim Kardashian, there's nothing to gain from it. It looks like she doesn't need to go anywhere near the social media circus to get real people riled up enough to pu her shit up in galleries and hold defiant exhibits. She's probably set for life and just wants people to look at her dramatic pottery or collages or whatever it is her art is, just like other rich women do by wasting everyones time with their hobbies.

Framing her porn career as female empowerment would be challenging for Kelly as:

a) Sex-positive pro-porn feminism has greatly fallen out of favour with Gen Z girls (who have now replaced Millennials as the predominant cultural taste-makers and trend-setters), likely because they’ve actually grown up with more or less unlimited access to every genre of porn under the sun and have observed the supremely negative impacts it’s had on their male peers.

b) The degradation in Facial Abuse is just way too explicit to ever be rationalised as empowering in any way, shape or form. This is where Kelly’s choice of porn studio really fucks her because I do feel that if she’d simply starred in a Brazzers production or similar, it’d still be kind of a stain on her reputation, something to gossip about at one of her spiffy art exhibitions but not necessarily actually reputation-destroying. She may not have even been doxxed - just part of a endless rota of barely legals who have a short stint in porn and then move on with their lives. The initial curiosity behind her identity (to my understanding, any /gif/ veteran is free to correct) largely proceeded from the fact that she was an actual pretty girl which differentiated her from the other busted Facial Abuse whores. In any case, being slapped, spat on and throat-fucked until vomiting by a 40-something year old is not at all empowering, especially when in doing so, she made the convicted rapists and misogynists at FA very wealthy by forcing her father to concede some of his networth to clean up her mistake.

If Kelly did start talking about the porn she'd have to be very careful - if she tried accusing the FA guys of any sort of actual "abuse" it would open up a can of worms. An actual porn star tried to say she was treated bad on one of their spinoff sites and they released the uncut video of her being treated fine and it destroyed her career.

The part also that is curious about that is she did I think 3 movies with the same studio. The facial abuse one is the one that's most used. But it really begs the question as to why they'd go in for such a low tier extreme company to begin with. I agree with Goatfriend if she'd been just on the regular pump and dump circuit she could have made a few films and drifted into obscurity like a lot of them do.

I think it would have been easier for her to just own it, say it was a stupid decision and move on from it.
