Proving your totally-real masculinity by consooming faggy cosmetic products :story:
She looks like a character from some 90s lesbian drama.

This kind of thing:

So the YouTube algorithm recommended me a video about a Brony dating site scam. Said scam site had a separate option to "seek out" troons (as well as men and women) and it looks like some of the top comments were from troons that are mocking the fact that it has a separate trans option?

Aside from the fact that people would have to give some info on who they're "seeking", I'm confused as to what these people want to label themselves as. Because I've seen other comments from them that want troons to be seen as something separate from "cisgenders" or bio women and men, but at the same time, also want to be seen as "real" women or men, and hate being seen as an "other".

I’ve heard about post surgery regret for semi questionable procedures like a spinal fusion, where you might be left in even more pain than you were before. That’s more comparable to troons.
Ectopic pregancies. There's a non-questionable life saving surgery that can give a ton of post surgical regret, especially if they have to yeet an ovary too. Seen that, so I can accept that some troons have post surgery regret. If emotions were rational they wouldn't be emotions, would they.

Kojima may not be a troon, but he's definitely the most gay "straight" man I've ever seen. If you told me that he gave Mads Mikkelsen a sloppy blowjob behind a Taco Bell then I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest.

Not necessarily a bad thing, but a majority of his career is built on blatant homoeroticism in his games, so he definitely has some vague appreciation for the cock.
Kojima has a history of getting weirdly involved with actors he's worked with. Just look at him and Stefanie Joosten in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

What is it with TiMs and the bow tie/dress shirt combo? We all know that TiFs choose their wardrobe based on the woman they're attempting to skinwalk or just being as slutty as possible because coomers gonna coom, but where do TiMs get this look, that not a single normal man has had since maybe the 1950s?

Do they all get their egg cracked by Bill Nye?
In addition to what everybody else said about fandom influences and whatnot,

It's pretty easy to find those shirts in smaller sizes (even if they have to shop in the kids' Sunday clothes section), when ironed the fabric tends to have a little bit of stiffness/structure to it so they're not form-fitting (which helps with residual binder bulge and conceals their narrower waist) and they can make their shoulders look slightly wider, and finally bowties add volume to the neck area and draw the eye away from the fact they have no Adam's apple.

In the end, that's just a completely nonthreatening look. MTFs will try to aggressively flaunt and project their "femininity" upon everybody around them every waking moment, but every single FTM I've ever met in real life, no matter how loud or debauched online, either consciously or subconsciously tries pretty hard not to stand out too much. I don't know if it's female socialization (@Accept Only Substitutes might pitch in here?) or what, but while MTF displays seem to be all about maximizing perceived "femininity" and being called a True and Honest Woman, FTM displays go more towards minimizing their own femininity and trying to be called anything except a woman.

I've got a massive beard, never bought a 'product' for it...I don't even know what that even entails and I wouldn't know where to begin to look for such things if I did.

Real man...lol.
Not A product, but I'm pretty sure she meant beard hair care products. Things like beard oils, balms, washes or even mustache wax. I have no idea if any of that works to grow your beard out better or if it's just trying to sell products. (But it stands to reason that if you wash your hair it can't hurt to just shampoo and moisturize your chin hair too). I physically can't grow one and don't want to. But I see a lot of viking nerds go for those products since long beards are a must for that sort of crowd.

Either way a FTM won't benefit much from those at all.

I'm not an expert at female socialization by any means, but I do think you're on the right track. Women who trans out either do it for attention/because everyone else is doing it or because of sexual assault in their past.

Sexual assault, especially as a child, is known to fuck up people. Lots of victims go on to become fat in an attempt to become invisible to men. If men don't see me as female, they won't hurt me. This is a subconscious thing that doesn't come to their attention until much later, usually if they seek mental health services for other mental problems.

Now they've discovered that they can be invisible just as easily by Not Being A Woman. Add in the stories of young men demanding more and more kinky/life threatening sex from women their age, it doesn't even take a rocket scientist to see why Being A Man Acktually is appealing.

So, yeah, they're going to do everything they can to look Not Female as they can. Because a woman in a plaid shirt and jeans looks like a woman in a plaid shirt and jeans, this means going to autistic extremes like wearing men's shirts buttoned up to the neck, bow ties, suits, "beards", in the case of Kate Strangio a pedo-stash.

Just finished watching an ep of Somebody Somewhere which features Murray Hill, who seems to tick plenty boxes there.

This is "Stephanie" (I believe they used to go by Stephen). "Stephanie" is an old codger from South Wales. Been admiring the crazy on their Facebook for a few months now. When they aren't complaining about money or health conditions, they're usually oversharing or moaning about something else. "Stephanie" was a regular at getting a job and quitting within a week, due to laziness and only having applied to make the Job Centre happy. Then recently "Stephanie" ended up in hospital and got diagnosed with a heart condition, meaning they no longer have to be searching for work to get benefits money from the tax payer. "Stephanie" has spent months talking about applying for PIP, but has taken forever to do the forms because of the same laziness leading them to quit jobs constantly. Friends are constantly offering "Stephanie" advice, but they repeatedly ignore this advice. With the PIP saga, the advice offered was to help fill in the forms or telling them to go to the CAB to get help for them, but "Stephanie" didn't take anyone up on this advice. "Stephanie" also owes their mother (who is somehow still alive) a lot of money, but still tries asking for more. "Stephanie" is always complaining about how little they have in the bank, then as soon as they get money spends most of it on some new hobby that they then drop within 5 minutes. "Stephanie" is always saying they will eat healthier, then two days later is ordering a takeaway or doing a plate full of processed food smothered with so much sauce. "Stephanie" also has menitoned many times about being diabetic but not taking their prescribed meds for diabetes. A fun thing "Stephanie" did recently was claim they had £17 in the bank, then soon after start planning a trip to France to be paid for out of spposed back payments from benefits, thinking they would be able to get double benefits and have them both backpay a huge sum. Due to oversharing, "Stephanie" has doxxed themselves multiple times and this has led some trolls to set things up in their name and change their electricity, which is really funny, imo. "Stephanie" is also always getting temporarily restricted from Facebook, due to stuff they do. One friend of "Stephanie" that went by the name of Charlie Brown was constantly helping them out with useful advice, only to basically have it thrown back in his face, before "Stephanie" blocked him for saying he'd had enough. "Stephanie" does dress their age and regularly looks like your average grandma in their clothes, except a lot hairier. If you were looking for a human version of the big bad wolf from Little Red Riding Hood when the wollf is in the grandma's clothes, then "Stephanie" is your wolf.

These pussies don't even have the balls to keep what they say on the internet up, let alone apply it in real life.
