Yeah, TB caught flak for actually looking into GG's allegations instead of immediately just calling them all neckbearded manbabies. But this was before Cancel Culture had fully taken hold, he had already switched to his late stance on consumer advocacy and journalistic integrity, and his audience was majorly pro-GG, so he didn't lose anything.

TB is one of those rare cows that actually improved as time went on. He was still arrogant and short-fused (and therefore still a cow), but he learned some humility and developed a sense of responsibility for what he was doing. Comparing his early, frankly juvenile attitudes during his time on WoW Radio and Blueplz, to his later independent work on his own channel, you can really see the growth. For all my misgivings about Jenna, I think him marrying her and adopting Orion did a lot to ground him.

All that spergery aside... yes that tweet is painfully ironic. Karma is, as they say, a bitch.

Because he tried to stay neutral. As we all know, if you aren't actively pro-woke you're a nazi.

I posted this in the main diversity tool thread, but I think the woke hate it so much despite it being something you'd think they'd love is that it makes "diversity" a concrete thing, instead of something deliberately vague so corporations have to pay them as "experts" to define for them, or even just listen to their feedback at all.

They hate it because it provides objective principals to the "Woke" standard and solidifies ideas that lefties should be bending over backwards for. Overwatch is easily up there with Civilization in terms diversity as it has a huge roster of characters of various backgrounds, ages, disabilities, and cultures, so this kind of tool should be praised. However, the current NPC programming is Actiblizzard is bad so they're going to say that this tool is a product of the evils of Capitalism that will be used to mislead the woke into thinking that something is diverse. The Left wants their principles to be as vague as possible so they can tear something down by claiming it is is a -ist without having to back it up, and this just shows that they don't actually care about having objective values, just power.

So we can conclude at this point it's not just a phase: Jim actually thinks that two-tone moustache lipstick is a look.

I have nothing to say about the diversity stuff because this topic died a death in 2014 the only shocking thing to me is that anyone still cares enough to make something this dumb (bet they got a nice fat paycheck though).
 
I'm actually impressed it continues to decline. You'd think he'd reach a point where it's just dead accounts so plateaus (even DSP still has 197k despite constant video spam which rarely break 1k), but people are still seeing his latest vid and making the effort to unsubscribe.
