This was mentioned a while ago, and is probably fake. Did coolfriendlyguy check Nick's pants with a blacklight? If not, I don't think he has sufficient evidence.

And Jaden still left, and not only that but also went on to attack AF. Jaden had sacrificed a lot for AF, so if he gave up the chance of being a 'right hand man,' it's probably because he saw that AF was dying and that this wouldn't give him much real power or influence.

Some food for thought:
  • The NDA's are functionally enforceable, at least to the degree nick clearly wants them to be
  • The next best option he has is to persue some sort of defamtion (libel or slander, whichever is more applicable) suit
  • In order to have any standing in a defamation suit, he has to not only claim but  prove damages
  • He already went out and publically stated that the numbers on cozy are just fine, so unless he is willing to admit he was actually completely full of shit, he has no quantifiable claim on damages
  • The only possible things he could say about simon or jaden that could land them behind bars that come to mind to me at least is some sort of fraud or maybe even something really wild like soliciting a minor (could be something else, but i highly doubt it)
  • If it's fraud while working under the AFF nick would be implicated in those accusations
  • If its some kind of sex crime, the question is raised as to why nick never did anything before now
In all likelihood it will just be something retarded like "they talked to girls!" Or doubling down on the ethan ralphthing of "jaden sent a dick pic to a girl!"
