I’d there’s anyone I want to see coming out covered in shit when the pendulum swings, it’s Watson. The rank and file twitter handmaidens will just crawl back into the woodwork, but the public face should be held accountable.

I think it’s the scars around them that makes them look weird. There’d probably be a smooth gradient from light brown to pink if she didn’t have them chopped off and sewn back on again.

The stroke was earlier this year, I assume caused by long-term T usage. Her doctor has even told her that testosterone is the cause of her rapidly declining health, but she blames it on transphobia:

She has polycythemia and this fucker is still giving her T? For those who don't know, polycythemia is when your body makes too much blood - hemocrit, hemoglobin, rbc, and platelet counts are too high. It's either because of something going wrong temporarily or a chronic condition in your bone marrow which is considered a blood cancer. It increases the risk of blood clots and strokes and can, but doesn't usually, lead to a type of lukemia (polycythemia vera, the blood cancer type does this, temporary polycythemia doesn't).

It's serious business in other words. Treatment is typically draining a pint of blood on a regular basis to level out the excess stuff. Maybe a blood thinner, like aspirin to help with blood clots and cardio exercise is important too to reduce the risk.

I have polycythemia, I'm going to a hemotologist this week to investigate further.

If this doctor is giving her T on top of that, in my opinion that's malpractice. Whew lad. No wonder doc is blaming everything on T, because T is definitely making everything worse. But medicine becoming a customer service industry, he really can't do much more than urge her to get off T, I suppose.
