Anyhow, logic would dictate that since it was filed by Mediation office that they are still in mediation, but I don't believe it makes sense that they would stick through 2 months of Court-schedulled(?) mediation given that no agreement or other results were reached. Seems like a waste of time and money. I mean, after all this time, it's clear it isn't working out.

The only plausible explanation I could see would be if the mediation office is 3+ months behind and hasn't even scheduled it yet.

I admit my mediation experience in small claims is in the context of real estate law, so I may be coming from a position of ignorance here, but are the mediation guidelines perpetual, or just until the case is concluded?

I've had instances in which I thought I was allowed to discuss mediation results after the fact and I'd like to know now if I might've fucked up I guess
