I'm getting flashbacks of when I found a tumblr blog of a dude that had a diaper fetish and let his mom dress him up in little girl clothes.

I think they got fed up with his shit, and they're the ones who decided to minimize contact with him.
 
I'm not an expert when it comes to mental illness, but there's definitely something going on in that "6 year old girl" brain of his. That, or he just has a bad case of entitlement issues.

Just a guess here but I think it's because the vast majority of transgendered people care far more about living their lives and successfully transitioning rather than screaming about what a special, pretty snowflake they are. Hell, some of these lunatics (like this sick fuck) don't even appear to be working towards SRS and are more obsessed with being different. It feels more like a bizarre ego trip or people being incapable of distinguishing between a fetish and a disorder with cases like this rather than genuine gender dysphoria.

I cringe every time I see another lolcow claiming to be a trans activist. The community deserves better than shit like this being associated with it.
 
I strongly doubt that any real six-year-old would be that articulate when describing how they got into trouble with their parents for who knows what, let alone Stef-on-knee's account of his arrests on Facebook.

It's a creepy act for Paul to engage in, but while he's dressing like he's six, he's still communicating like an adult would. No baby talk, no whining, no limited vocabulary like we all had when we were six. He doesn't seem truly committed to this, whatever it is.

As a trans person, then I definitely agree. The "special snowflake" syndrome isn't uncommon in the trans community, with things like "Ze" and stephonknee displays nearly every single stereotype of trans people, and makes us look bad in general.
 
So, is Not-Stephanie on hormones or anything? I'm sure he's never gonna get surgery, but has he even gone for hormones or does he want a disgusting delicious flat chest?

It doesn't look like it, though at that age any impact would be minimal. I'm guessing no due to the mention of getting a spontaneous erection, which would be rather difficult without a testosterone supply.
