I unironically wish Bernie had won in 2016, no Orange Man would have kept Woke from freaking out so badly and would have made it easier to rationalize with them without everything boiling to "yeah, but what about Trump?" and would have also prevented fucking Hillary from being in the White House.

It would have been an extension of the Obama years, not the best of times, not the BLURST of times either, but there wouldn't have been any Covid, not as much Antifa and no WW3, we'd have been free to live our lives in relative peace a while longer.

I've gotta say, he's been bang on throughout the whole crisis, just by watching the Tik Tok videos. He's the rare bread of analysis/pundit who actually know something and isn't an insane ideologue, and can give fair assesements of the strengths and weaknesses of the Russians and the Ukrainians.
