But you'd be surprised by how many weird and niche offences there are as a legacy of having most penal codes written during the Victorian era and there's all manner of archaic terminology slash phrasing.

For example, carnal knowledge, which is used to denote sexual penetration.
Affray, which is basically fighting in public for shock value.
Misconduct with regard to corpses, which is basically necrophilia and grave robbing in one.
In both Australian and Canadian legal contexts, mischief is in fact intentional property damage. And from a cursory google search, at least in Canada is basically an upgraded vandalism charge. So while it may have a funny name, it's actually a very real charge.

Also considering this sperg has probably been in Ottawa for a week or so as part of their protests, she's probably going to be charged with a few more things. With mischief really being the first charge allowing police to detain, and further investigate/interview her.

The fundraising messages are getting incredibly desperate. I half expect them to start talking about how they took your kids hostage and they'll only release them if you donate to Trump.

(And I should note that if Trudeau was really Castro's son, he wouldn't have waffled over the truckers for three weeks.)
