Gallagher doesn't care who is financing it as long as someone is financing it. She gets a kick of some kind out of doing it but she's also not running a charity.

I have no pity for 50 year old AGPs, the only unfortunate thing about them getting amholes installed is that it usually happens after they've had kids so it doesn't remove them from the gene pool.

Teenagers though, who are probably really struggling with their identity because they're a mess of hormones with little life experience and underdeveloped frontal lobes, they just want to feel better and they don't even know they're being brainwashed. Some, like Kiera Bell, have that revelation but only after permanent damage has been done. If they end up under an SRS surgeons knife it's because they've been failed by every adult they asked for help, and they don't deserve that.

Those surgical chest scars always hit me. It's almost physically painful to look at them. It's the stuff of nightmares.
I mean, even if you're so mentally ill that you're determined to cut them off, there's got to be a better way to do that than slicing up your chest like a pizza.

Maybe it's just because I still have a deep fear after reading The Pit and the Pendulum all those years ago...

she's making light of extremely intense surgeries. Boob and nose jobs are taken more seriously than this. Getting any kinda surgery aint cute or fun. Anyone who goes to her is a moron, you dont want someone cute or quirky you want someone who can do there fucking job and be professional.

It's horrible and it's been said thousands of times before but: how is this shit even allowed? How do people think that this will help them in the long run?
 
Regardless if you’re going to yeet your teet, have the doctor hit your clit, or say so long to your dong, have some semblance of personal responsibility. I’ve had three elective surgeries. Nothing major, but I had TJS done on both elbows and some dental work. I still put in months of research looking into the best possible candidate for the job. If I were about to commit to fucking up my entire life by having a hatchet vagina, I most certainly would not have had it performed by someone who advertises and advocates for SRS on a social media platform - especially TikTok.

But you don't understand. All your Twitter and Tumblr friends would be so jealous when your photo gets posted on the doctor's tiktok after the surgery. You'd be famous! What more could you want from a surgeon than get your thirst for online attention quenched?
