At this point there is no going back with the truckers. I think they have made their stand. The question I would ask is what happens next.

THE ONLY exception is for a limited list of binary explosives and certain fireworks. You are a idiot if you are messing with anything without licensing otherwise.

You are allowed to manufacture as much gunpowder as you want. You can buy tannerite over the counter without any sort of an ID at all. You mix the two compounds (aluminum powder and ammonium nitrate) to create the explosives at home. It's like $12 at hardware stores for a pound.
