I reallyyyy wish they would have kept the demands for the whole province but I can understand why they're focusing on rural, the cities are fucked. It still could signal change tho, because it shows Kenney is a huge cuck and his MLAs will just do things without consulting him lol

Well they are trading 1 lane for rural lifting. Maybe the rest of the crossing for total freedom. But yea more importantly this starts the process and emboldens everyone. And now other provinces don't have to be the first to bend knee. *if the mandate is lifted of course

I mentioned it yesterday but I say it again: If the rural MLAs are negotiation without Kenney and an agreement is made, it is a confirmation that Kenney is a lame duck and his wing of the party has lost control.

SO there's no in between from doing absolutely nothing and mass murder? you must have more teeth than brain cells to draw that conclusion. Tear gas, flash bangs, rubber bullets and impact rounds are all very effective. Having an armed contingent behind the non lethals and arrest party to protect them from right wing wackos seem like it is an in between solution that doesnt involve death or serious injury.

Just wait until you realize that the vast majority of people don't support you parasites.

The supply chain problems are well-advanced. The truckers taking this stand is just the end-point of the breakdown.

With so much dependence on China and then they shut down ports for weeks due to a single Covid case, with the cost of fertilizer compounded with inflation and rising fuel prices fucking with the cost of goods, with the politicians going Hell-determined to implement a Reset for "sustainability", and with there being a dramatic drop off in workers available for a myriad of reasons, there is no turning around the fact that goods and medicine are going to be very hard to come by and those living in draconian cities are absolutely fucked.

I can picture it now. Trudeau sends the military to Ottawa. 24 hours later the most senior officer comes back, smelling like coffee and roast pork, says "we couldn't find them, need another week there."

Here's the thing. the alleged father of our current Prime Minister, Pierre Elliot Trudeau, deployed the military into Montreal to capture some violent separatist cells.


If Trudeau Jr. considers that he could pull off the same thing, keep in mind, the truckers actually have been fully peaceful.
