Tardwrangling the gunt is a full time job in and of itself. Not only do you have to be at his beck and call for literally anything he wants, but you also have to deal with people constantly berating you for standing up for a terrible, unrepentant, sociopath. He will drag you into his personal feuds, insult you in front of you, and also pay you in peanuts to boot.

Gator doesn't deserve sympathy or credit. He should have arrived at this place a long time ago.

Ralph will be lucky not to catch a suspension or ban from Twitter with all the gun-wielding “taking aim” imagery and tweets about how much he will enjoy watching J*m die. If he’s forced to go Fediverse-only, he’ll go off in even more unhinged ways. We ain’t seen nothing yet.

I only watched the stream so far, but Jim was just being Jim there. He went way harder on Andy during the AIMAIMAIM arc and I don't recall much spergery from Andy about it, not sure why Ralph is so up and arms. Well I mean I am sure, but still...
Also Ralph shittalking big titty asian women shows his utter lack of taste.

I don't expect him to do a complete 180 on his standing on Josh, but I think someone really needs to get him on stream and press him on some of the heinous shit he said. You know, like how he called Josh a pedophile repeatedly for years, or how he gleefully fantasized about Josh getting arrested and raped in prison. He doesn't even have to make friendly with Josh, he just say something to the effect of "I have my issues with Josh and I don't intend to speak to him any time soon, but it was still wrong for me to call him a pedophile just because he made fun of me, and for that, I'm truly sorry."

Then if he's so inclined, he can continue to hate Null to his heart's content.

$200/mo is laughable though. Really what it would depend on is how much is ralph making overall as a "Company" if the guy tells me to shoot the shit on stream and run the technical backend for 3 hours 5 days a week for $50 but is making 2k a week on average I would want more compensation for my time especially if I was doing all the behind the scenes busy work. He was literally paying Gator 1/20th of what I assume he is earning. Its not unreasonable to assume Ralph makes just under six figures a year when you factor in contracts, basic ad revenue, merch sales and crypto donations which is not shown. Look he just made 10k alone off of a stonetoss NFT Gator did not even recieve a christmas bonus for it.
