OP of the sperg here. Penny post pictures of his TurboTax official book in the flesh or whatever sitting next to the company one basically saying that they filed to be a charity last year which means that this year would be their first tax year and the first year that they would be reported if im correct. They shilled they were a charity pre actual certification. So their first tax year is this year. They are not a charity. Don't fall for their twitter bullshit.
This post on this very thread from June 2021 shows they're a company, not a charity, despite their claims to the contrary. Just for good measure here is the search as of today, January 31st 2022. (this is the database used to look it up)

No matter what combination of the words "The Tenacious Unicorn Ranch" you enter, they won't show up. The only charity that shows up with the word "Unicorn" is an unrelated children's charity.
Additionally, the IRS database does not have them listed as a tax excempt organization either, so as I understand it, donations to them are not tax deductible (but the American tax system confuses me terribly so I'll leave this for someone smarter than me to confirm)

It was me. I used to look at charity knitting and they would always say it.Wait, didn't someone JUST post about how native people don't like imagery of owls? Idk how legit it is, but if so, lmao can't wait for them to hand off that obviously owl-faced knitted hat to one of em.

Ugh they are being so melodramatic. "We believe we have it contained" - in what sense? It's a farmhouse with a couple of trailers, not a city that has sectors you can Wuhan. Do they mean they put Kevin in a barn?Penny broke the news and obviously used it for gritting purposes. [A]

Although it's adorable, that does seem more appropriate for putting on a child on a nippy early autumn day in San Francisco than putting on a child with poor access to heating in midwinter in the Rocky MountainsI'll have you know that's crochet. It's the 18th most popular free hat pattern on ravelry and has adult sizing.

It was a huge thing when owls were all the rage.

Did anyone ever note any mention from prior posting if they all take their own shots or if one person gives everyone else their shots?
