Young men in western cultures take the piss out of each other in the same way that little boys wrestle. It's a kind of training and play acting for manhood, because men are expected to be able to withstand verbal onslaught without becoming upset or angry.

No, he's doing that pathetic thing where you lay out a scenario and say you would never do it but that someone else could do it and that would be unfortunate. And so Ralph continues to become everything he says he hates. He'll be trooning out before long at this rate.
 
What if the beating really did change Ralph and this is all one big set up, with Jim being in on it. When the stream starts it will just be Jim, Ralph, and Gator laughing at all of the Alogs who fell for them being in an internet slap fight... I was always under the impression that guests on these kinds of streams get a cut of the night's superchats seeing as their appearance inherently brings in a wider audience. But I can't say for sure if that is the case.

Oh man, what if Ralph's dirt on Jim is that he paid Jim to be on the Kill Stream and act like his friend. I can see Ralph thinking that Jim only being his friend for money is an own of Jim's character and not an own of Ralph's inability to make friends without bribery.
