Since no one has mentioned it; early in the stream Nick said he was in contact with Rittenhouses' people about Kyle being on the show soon.
Not exactly. Free Kyle USA (who I guess are Kyle's handlers?) mentioned in a tweet responding to someone else who asked that there were plans in the works to get Kyle on the show.

But the fact that Nick is finding out from someone else on twitter doesn't give me much hope that the interview will happen.

Edit:
This prosecutor lady is kinda cute but her southern bell accent and shitty story telling is testing my limits. Doesn't help she doesn't understand how microphones work.
Holy shit this lady is a terrible story teller. How do you make naked guy shooting up a waffle house sound so insufferable.

Law and crime stream of the waffle house shooter trial getting put in my feed even though i don't subscribe or watch their stuff.

Photo Chad is on Joe's stream tonight. Apparently Ziminski threatened him in court.
Lmao what a mental wizard, literally commit a felony right in open court in front of the judge already trying you for other shit and probably a room full of lawyers and cops and expert witnesses who testify every other day. Real winner this guy.

I haven't watched in a while but that would definitely get my eyes. Not that I haven't liked the coverage I've seen of the guy on basically right wing propaganda outlets, he's done a reasonably good representation of himself, but I'd like to see him on the show of someone who isn't just a pure, mindless ideologue.

If he does it, I do hope he puts him on the spot somewhat with at least a few questions. I'd really like to know whether he supports the concept that black lives matter (reasonable) or supports the organization with the capital letter name (not).

It wasn't in front of the judge, it was outside the court as they were walking in. Nate had a big printout of a photo he took with Ziminski in it and he shouted "You know that's not me in the photo" or something along those lines. The Kenosha County Eye guy recorded some of it and there were plenty of other witnesses like Nate's gf. They tried to tell Binger about it before they got in court but he didn't really give a shit until they brought it up in front of the judge and the judge asked Binger about it. What a complete piece of shit Binger is, not caring that a key witness in his case (which he's totally prosecuting to the best of his abilities) gets intimidated just before testifying, because he embarrassed you previously in court.

Apparently those two faggots went on to lose their next case after Rittenhouse.

This reminds me, Nick mentioned last night in passing that Kraus apparently specializes in prosecuting pedo cases.

On one hand, it would explain why he seemed like such an angry bitch. Imagine having to deal with, say, Rosenbaum's case, the rape of several little boys. Having to read through the details, having to see exhibits, stuff like that. Now imagine if that was your daily life. I'd be pretty bitchy too.

On the other hand, it makes his famous "everyone takes a beating sometimes" line even more bizarre. His job is literally prosecuting people who beat (or worse) little kids.

Not announced on twitter, but:

You're definitely right about the background, it could use some more interesting hobby material/art. Surprised he doesn't have his music equipment or something similar propped up back there.
Nick's background is so much better. The booze bottle painting indicates he is a huge drunkard. And the cat lawyer portrait on the floor reflects his whimsical nature.

Edit: The guy above me edited his post with the link for tonight's show. My link is better so I'm leaving it.
