This was a class action suit brought by NFB, which sued Target because Target's website sucked and didn't work with screen readers. Yeah it's an important case because it brought the ADA from public spaces to accommodation on the internet.

But what the fucking hell does this have to do with Russell's case? The Zoom audition wasn't an accommodation. Nothing was an accommodation, not even the singer/band. BECAUSE HE DIDN'T NEED ANY ACCOMMODATIONS AND HE STILL DOESN'T.

Edit 3: Basically Russ wants to bypass this year's cattle call because he can't afford to hire his accommodations again (unless he gets directly on the TV show to be mocked by a bunch of slebs).

Honestly I really kind of want this to happen. Russell doesn't have an awesome story of "overcoming his disability". He has a history of violence, stalking, frivolous lawsuits, and general sex pestery. That's one of the reasons he wants KF taken down - he knows if he gets on AGT and people google him they're going to find this website.

Problem with that though? His antics are archived ALL OVER the internet, not just here. Rusty will always be the creep who sued Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift and who always makes a fool of himself. Not only that, but people will see that he sued his way onto AGT - and even though he'll be buzzed off before his 2 minute song is over - no one in the world will ever forget what a fucking sad loser he is.

I am quite confident that I, a person with zero legal training who gets most of my understanding of American jurisprudence from this thread and watching Judge Judy reruns when I'm home sick, would make a much MUCH better paralegal than Russ.

Does he not realize that should he be allowed to participate in the televised competition, he likely will be ripped apart by the judges and millions of people will see this humiliation. I would think that would be much more traumatic and the whole audition will be forever available for everyone to watch and laugh at on the internet. He was allowed to audition, he didn't make the cut and the producers have zero obligation to put him through just because of his disability. I know, I know, these concepts are lost on him. Rushole thinks he's Uber talented and he would be finally made a star. JFC what a friggin waste of talentless space.

His injunction filing shows that he really thinks he has talent and " the effort put in" entitled him to be ahead"
They might put him on to destroy him and get some more controversial press.
Either way Russ is in too deep.

He does seem to adapt very slowly. For instance, we've seen him become more and more guarded and hostile on social media. There was a time he'd post 10 photos and 50 blithely optimistic status updates to let everyone know he was going to visit a prostitute. Now he's much more cautious. He even seems to view some of his Taylor Swift-era decisions as outright mistakes, though maybe that's just because he views his past self as a different person (and therefore possibly flawed).

Another thing I get from this injunction is he dosen't really understand what the ADA really is about.
Russ bringing up a service dog is another shot in his foot.
