So far it looks like this weekend won't be the last and they're going to occupy the city.Honestly, I get the feeling that this isn't going to go well, but it can really only go one of two way.
The initial demands of the Truckers, an end to the mandate for Truckers and an option for PCR testing as an alternative goes through (which would require some strike negotiation),
or we could get something like a false flag (or actual violence) and martial law declared. The thing to remember is, that while Trudeau Jr is a cuck, his father actually did deal with terrorists in Quebec, and controversially used the War Measures act to instill martial law in Quebec after the FLQ kidnapping. I don't know if things will get that far, but knowing that his father did this and that he is well aware of his own family history, I wouldn't put it past Justin.
Well see tomorrow though, I presume that Justin will address the Canadian people at some point this monday.
Yes exactly. The risk is to the tow truck guy doing all that with an angry trucker in the cab. Would you want to crawl under there to unbolt shit under those circumstances?
It would be the most short sighted Canadian thing ever to lock up and/or drive away a significant portion of their trucker population. I'm not saying this is like 20% of all Canadian truckers participating, but even 5% of Canadian truckers just disappearing will have major impacts on supplying the country. I almost want this to happen to watch the leafs get blown around by the winds of discontent.Option C. The government cracks down hard. Perhaps martial law and or riot police. This will have a chance of making things worse. If that happens it all goes tits up and everyone loses.
GIVE ME HONKING OR GIVE ME DEATH.Poso said it best
Forcing people who drive a 35 ton vehicle that can go 150+ km/h to flee for their lives or retaliate seems like a really bad idea.Option C. The government cracks down hard. They made Honking Noises that scared the POOOR WIDDLE FURBABIES that the Redditors own.So, how many buildings have the truckers burned down? I've seen all this complaining on social media about them, so it has to be like 1000, right?
They've already up their autonomous zones and had self appointed security murder people, right? Tearing down statues and setting up race segregated facilities?
The vitriol couldn't be because of their politics. The left would never have double standards about how people are allowed to protest after all. Surely they've done all that and more. Right?

I hope it goes on for as long as it needs to. Be that a week, a month or until we all starve.I hope it goes on for a week.
No he hasn't, the worst that fat little fucker has done is make some bland statement criticizing the protest and calling it to end; it would be headline news otherwise. Notably as well is Kenney hasn't called out the local UCP MLA who's been at the protest with his family against UCP wishes.Kenney decided to invoke his unconstitutional Bill 1 at Coutts.
Super.
LOL, based MLA. His statement was enough for me, declared it illegal and set the stage for enforcement. Moe came out supporting the protest. No he hasn't, the worst that fat little fucker has done is make some bland statement criticizing the protest and calling it to end; it would be headline news otherwise. Kenney will not implement Bill 1 for this because it torpedos any slim chance he has at holding onto the premiership during his leadership convention in April since the rural Cons won't put up with it. He cannot afford to crack down himself, which makes this all the sweeter because the longer it continues the more likely Kenney is forced to relax restrictions faster than he wants.
