(Ottawa)— Throughout the weekend, the Ottawa Police Service and its partners have been actively and patiently managing a well-funded, major demonstration in the downtown core. We have seen multiple cases of disruptive, inappropriate and threatening behaviour from demonstrators.Police are working with organizers to facilitate the safe departure of individuals and vehicles and to ensure safety.
Police are aware that many demonstrators have announced their intention to stay in place. This will continue to cause major traffic, noise and safety issues in the downtown core. We urge all residents to avoid travel to the core.
Police have avoided ticketing and towing vehicle so as not to instigate confrontations with demonstrators. Still, confrontations and the need for de-escalation has regularly been required.
Along with the safety issues, costs to businesses and social costs, the Ottawa Police continues to tally the financial costs of the policing costs which are estimated at more than $800,000 a day.
If you work in the downtown core, please plan to work from home if possible.
Please adjust your plans in the downtown core. If your children attend school in the downtown area, please check with them to see if the school is open tomorrow.
Avoid travel into the downtown core tomorrow.
We are immensely proud of our police members and partners who have worked tirelessly to plan for and manage this demonstration over the past few days under difficult circumstances of extreme cold temperatures and difficult and challenging treatment from some demonstrators.
Public safety remains our number one priority.

They are not in bad weather or mountains. They are all packed in a few streets in line of site. That close CB will work fine and is completely out of reach of Reddit and urban bug people. If they needed to organize a raid on a soup kitchen or what ever why not use that or just do it face to face irl? Zello is the thing Reddit has access to and trolling on it is mentioned a lot in their mega threads. And surprise surprise Zello recordings is their proof truckers doing bad things.

Even if the organizers cuck out, I highly doubt most of the truckers would leave after only 2 days. Especially the ones that came all the way from out west. Unless they're planning on using that gofundme money to just bribe them lol

You need a heavy lift tow truck which is kinda rare compared to a normal automotive flatbed. And I don't know if any tow truck company will risk towing an occupied truck. For insurance reasons and its probably illegal in CA. If not that then the simple fact a person in that truck could really wreck your shit if he decided to start up his truck and play a little game of tug-a-war with your tow truck.

This is the most important distinction between the j6 magatards and the current trucker revolt. The boomers had no message at all when they showed up in dc beyond complaining about election theft. They had no talking points besides telling people they were angry and wanted trump in office, no break down of how the theft had taken place to make it clear to any observer, and failed to communicate their grievances besides mindlessly assembling. I know I'll get called an opticfag for posting this, but there has to be a concise message for the passing observer to see in the first place otherwise the msm gets to have a field day demonizing geriatrics whichever way it wants.
On the flipside, the truckers have a crystal clear grievance, have listed their demands and talking points on the internet for anyone to see, and their coordination makes a trump-approved grifter event look like a high school pep rally. As for potential charges being brought up, that's where things get real interesting real quick. It takes a lot of skill to drive an 18-wheeler and not completely fuck up a building while trying to enter the loading bay, there are even schools for this specific purpose. If the Canadian government thinks it can imprison every protestor and replace them with pajeets or self-driving vehicles then Canada's supply issues are going to get a hell of a lot worse in the immediate future. The second component is the domino effect that will generate multiple types of resistance ranging from additional metropolis shut downs to local protests that may or may not explode into violence if the government gets too heavy handed.

They disconnect the driveline, lock out the brakes, and connect the trailer to the tow trucks air. The truck being towed is powerless.
The risk is to the tow truck guy doing all that with an angry trucker in the cab. Would you want to crawl under there to unbolt shit under those circumstances?
