Ive helped out a friend who volunteers at the local St. Vincent de Paul. It's the same there. You ask for help and if they can help you they will no matter who you are or where your coming from. At the very least your walking out with a hot meal and warm donated coat.

Leave it to commies to bring in paperwork and bureaucracy in to feeding a hobo. That just proves it's not actually about helping the needy. Its just about metrics to justify their government paychecks.

I think it's all bullshit anyways. People know those trucks have fridges and microwaves and shit in them, right? They have inverters that produce enough power to run most kitchen appliances. Why wouldn't you bring food to eat while you are camped out? Especially when you know, you know, there are going to be many thousands of people there and it's going to completely overwhelm all the local services.

If it did happen, it wasn't a trucker. It was a hanger-on. But even that doesn't hold up because they are in a 4-wheeler and can just drive out of downtown to find a place to eat.

The street party is only growing. Lots of non-trucker looking folks and they even have a real DJ with a PA system now on their fletbed truck stage.
