Nuked, sadly. Was this the stream, or a clip?https://youtube.com/watch?v=rsDSkvKT91s
Trump in Texas, this is north of Houston, a district or two from Neocon Dan Crenshaw's district. Just hammering them on Ukraine and the failures, I hope he'd take a shot at Crenshaw too.
DNC doesn't borrow money from a bank, it's reliant on donations and self-funding to keep going. Self-funding is largely dead for it as it has very little in the way of active speaker roles to monetize. And donations dried up long ago. They get frequent injections of funding which are wholly insufficient (normally) or actively poisonous (Clinton). I am oversimplifying a fair bit, but it should give you the idea. Can you give me some idea of what that actually means for those of us who are very ignorant on the subject of how political funding works. So, the DNC borrows money from, like a bank? Has used this to fund campaigning around the country and now can't pay it back? Can they actually go broke? What happens if they do? And when does all this debt come due? They're paying interest on it, I presume? So are they spiralling? In fact, how the fuck do they expect to pay off debt in the first place? They don't exactly have earnings. Is it just a corruption thing - "when we're in power, we'll do favours and there'll be donations or debt write-offs"?
I know nothing - help me here!![]()
Vulnerable doesn't mean "likely to flip" it means that any sort of concerted campaign could -possibly- flip the seat. To give a brief description, when making political analysis you always assume the worst possible result for your side and the best possible result for the other side within the realms of your data. So if Democrats underperform within reason and Republicans overperform within reason.Probably dumb question, but what defines a vulnerable Democrat? 5/7 of those are double digit margins, which I assumed were good? Granted I know those are fortified margins, but surely the official rationale doesn't acknowledge that.
It was the RSBN stream, so it probably is still up on RumbleNuked, sadly. Was this the stream, or a clip?

Andrew has been killing it lately with the wrongthink.
A topic that's been on my mind: what's the current state of the Republican Party's finances? Blumpf is wealthy, sure, but I don't recall ever reading about him spending his own money to support the party. Aside from the few individuals already known as prolific donators (Peter Thiel, Charles Koch, etc), who is keeping operations going on a day to day basis?DNC doesn't borrow money from a bank, it's reliant on donations and self-funding to keep going. Now, with that misunderstanding cleared up. They do often rack up a debt. Those large donations come with strings attached. Yes, it is "When we are in power, well help you". And the Democrats made a -lot- of those deals... and a lot of it came due n Trump's term. BUt they managed to convince their creditors that they could make good once they oust Orange man, and then asked for more.
And then it all fell apart.. SO they not only owe their original debts, but additional ones on top. And this time nobody is going to spot them a metaphorical fiver again.
Largely it's self reliant with donations going towards candidates. If Democrats used to have the best ground game in town, the Republicans have the best and most efficient funding game. Several wealthy donors, a much better pulse on how to get small donors, and most of their functions work autonomously to maintain their own personal operations so that all donations can go to political ends rather than overhead.A topic that's been on my mind: what's the current state of the Republican Party's finances? Yeah I spent about 10 minutes trying to research the answer to @Oxous' question and my eyes glazed over learning about the difference between receipts and disbursements when it comes to campaign financing.Largely it's self reliant with donations going towards candidates. Its also very, very boring.
Something to keep in mind is that the raw number isn't very useful. Because the Republican system is much more efficient it also gets better returns. Generally, Republicans see about a 2-1 or even 3-1 better return on investment than Democrats dollar for dollar.Yeah I spent about 10 minutes trying to research the answer to @Oxous' question and my eyes glazed over learning about the difference between receipts and disbursements when it comes to campaign financing.
The answer, from what I can tell, btw, is that the RNC is out-raising the DNC but it's not a huge difference, it's just that the DNC is over-leveraged compared to the Republicans.
At least we're not food. Speaking of, I have plans for you. A lapin a la cocotte since you all are so low in fat.
@NJBear , I think we need you to be our arbiter for the mammalian faction of our cozy Joe Biden megathread.China says hello, plus I heard you pussies love to be eaten out.
That's just another way of saying we're fit. We don't skip leg day.

We are having dinner together, neither one is the main course so it's good.@NJBear , I think we need you to be our arbiter for the mammalian faction of our cozy Joe Biden megathread.
Reminds me of some furry who was telling me that when anthro cat women (he wanted to make it clear that its not the same as catgirls) show up they will rather have sex with us because our dicks don't have barbs and shit. You would know about squeaking, you cats are all products of rape, those barb dicks holding you down.
Biden having a cat makes sense, when you see how he holds down minors.
I think Bloomberg found that out, much to our eternal amusement too.Something to keep in mind is that the raw number isn't very useful. Kitty's just want cuddles and snuggles, and I am the embodiment of cute and cuddly.Reminds me of some furry who was telling me that when anthro cat women (he wanted to make it clear that its not the same as catgirls) show up they will rather have sex with us because our dicks don't have barbs and shit.
He was really looking forward to that (which will never happen), me? I'm not exactly thrilled about the prospect of cat hair up my urethra.
Counterpoint. The chad cock vs the virgin pussy
I can't imagine the kind of rugburn I would get on my dick if one of those cat-anthro-women-whatever gave me a titjob.Kitty's just want cuddles and snuggles, and I am the embodiment of cute and cuddly.
Careful there — you’re bringing in the avian faction of AnH into this…Counterpoint. The chad cock vs the virgin pussy

The lack of stickers is why the libs users are force to abuse their keyboards while they visit A&H. So many words.I mock all those who cannot fully express themselves in one or two sentences.
