I would lay a fat bet on repeated psychedelic treatment curing "gender problems" 99% of the time. They should be trialing it for this instead of for sadbrains. I usually don't advocate for drug abuse(s) in any context, but I firmly believe this would work. Psychedelics remove certain thought barriers and juxtapose silly hallucinations with cold, brutal, immutable reality.

Some pre-op tranny watching the walls crawl, with infinite algorithms running through their head, looks in the mirror - A FREAK! AN ASPIRING MONSTER! A MAN WEARING THE FLESHSUIT OF A WOMAN! Cured instantly. Bad trip, sure. But there's no coming back from a fatal stab of perspective like that. It might be even worse for a trannyist woman. I can't imagine what it'd be like from a feminine perspective to look in the mirror off a fat tab and see pube beard and the dumpiness of masculinizing hormones. Look, a fag that obviously devastated his endocrine system with steroids. That's years and years of hard cycles, Test stacked with really nasty shit like Dbol and Tren in the picture. You can't get that look without them. It's probable that the steroid damage enabled the drastic trannysmission, where 100 pounds of straight muscle disappeared (!?) and endogenous T production dropped so low as to barely interfere with tranny drugs.

Holy body dysmorphia, Batman! In a better world, like FTMs with a history of cutting and eating disorders, anyone who wants to medically transition would be screened for prior hormone abuse/signs of incredibly fucking obvious prior body dysmorphia. Hard to say if this guy is a terminal AGP who whacks off imagining picture 1 fucking picture 2, or if he's a slightly less disgusting (well, up until he got the amhole anyway) version of Pauly Unstoppable. Couldn't just insert the photo for some reason, but I've attached the image. The hole is so far below the labia minora+urethra that there appears to be at least an inch of skin between the two.

lol, that one definitely threw me for a loop. I disagree that it's a "low amhole" though, its positioning relative to the labia is actually on the better side.

Its problem is that like all amholes it is completely separate from the urethra/"clitoris" (which this poor fucker doesn't even seem to have lmfao). And of course the amhole itself clearly being skin surrounded by more skin, as opposed to pink mucous membrane.

Mushrooms have great therapeutic potential, when used responsibly. Don't ask how I know.

A lot of these people are actually insane though and I'd be wary of letting psychotic AGPs have access to psychedelics. I would not recommend anyone with severe issues take psychs until you've stabilised more. And if you'd already had the surgery (vaginoplasty, phalloplasty, mastectomy etc.) and realised during the trip you'd made a mistake? Oh boy. That would be horrifying and possibly traumatic.
