Nicks got a new audience now that probably doesn't care about Ralph like his old audience does. I'm sure if prodded he'll say something. But we'll have to see if he brings it up on steam since that's where he mainly mentions Ralph.
 
It's a testament to how hard Ethan has spiraled and how abrasive and disliked he has become that he's pretty seriously injured and not only are his ex-friend taking absolute delight in it, his current "friends" are dunking on him as well. I don't think anyone has put aside their personal animosity to reach out to him and even send a simple "Dude, even though we're beefing please stop this you're going to die". Maybe Nora if he's lucky. It's sad in a general humanity sense, but something Ethan brought on himself.

Nah m8. Enough doctors have been sued or gone to prison that docs in the US have gotten extraordinarily stingy with drugs. Shit, the company that invented oxycontin is being broken up and sold off by the government. The most he'll get is a single seven day supply of Tylenol-3, which is the about the only thing doctors in the US are allowed to give now without having to open up a patient file with the state.

Is the skull fracture confirmed, like the brain case part? If so I retract, but Ive seen some people get pretty fucked up face panting on the concrete, I don't think a broken nose and/or a cracked orbital/cheek is totally out of the question, especially if he was thrown or had some momentum.

Whatever happened I'm sure it was substantially more embarrassing than just loosing a standup fight against four dudes.
