Ralph probably went in with the thought process that the last fight against a tranny and female were easy he can take on 4 guys, ended up pinned to the ground (seeing how easy it was for 1 person to pin him to a door frame), and stomped on repeatedly. The only question is they had piggy where they wanted him but why leave the watch, phone, and passport?

I said it before:
Fat people are super easy to beat in fights. Anyone with the slightest bit of fighting experience can easily "ground" a fatty. Their weight distribution is completely fucked to begin with, so getting them off balance is not difficult. At most, you'd just have to strike one of their legs to weaken their shit balance and then shoulder check them in the chest. Then they're on the ground and you immediately come in with the heel stomps to the face. Fight over.
 
Any updates on the surgery?
I was thinking about his over all health and he has a good chance of dying from heart failure while he is under.
I would hate for the arc to end that way
