He needed health insurance for his Visa, is that generally rolled in with travel insurance in the USofA? Whenever I deal with it is generally is.

If it is, why didn't he just do the sensible thing, take the loss, get a police report number and claim away.

This not rocket science. Also what the hell is he doing as a foreign national fighting in another country, one allegation that you were the aggressor (regardless of fact) can get you embroiled in another countries legal system and may lead to you having to defend yourself.

When Ralph talks about "walking up there" assume he means walking around the grounds of the castle or just walking up to the entrance after getting a ride up the hill. Also, I have my doubts that the assailant was "of a certain ethnicity". I think that's bait for dingo and the rest of his retarded paypigs. The results we are seeing are along the lines of an angry slav beating

Edit: see, Bryan Dunn: it is entirely possible to just walk up to Ethan Ralph and beat the shit out of him, even if you don't have a near-decade long blood feud
 
1. It's going to be a week or two before he can go home.
2. Orbital surgery will require further weeks of healing.
3. Dentures will take weeks to prepare and get used to.
4. Even more weeks if he does vain reconstructive surgery.

The killstream might be down for months.

I'm beginning to toy with the idea that he might not remember much at all. He was drunk as fuck, that much is certain. Between that and the obvious curb stomp he received, it's well within the realm of possibility that he cannot accurately recall the event. Of course he would embellish either way, but I think it's possible he is suffering traumatic amnesia.
