I'd suggest that you could make a Twitter thread under a new account if you want to protect your privacy, I know that twitter is a cesspool but I've seen that it's the only platform where cases like this become more relevant to the public, also a large part of his fanbase are teenagers so you would be helping by letting them know what kind of person they are admiring or willing to know. You could boost the thread by telling close friends to retweet it and even some people in this thread could help you with that, I don't use twitter and my account is dead but it's an alternative since a lot of people don't want to come to this thread and see what kind of person Ethan is because 'muh kiwifarms is bad'
