The urban elite are terrified of guns, but the hoi polloi in "flyover country" like their boomsticks, mostly because they can't count on well-defended brownstones and bodyguards to keep them safe. Whether that perception is true or not, most "flyovers" see it that way, and think that the urban enclaves want to make them even more vulnerable.

Why is Goldstein getting so mad about the "majority voting for the rights of minorities?" I may just be ignorant about politics, but isn't that exactly how voting works? That what the majority of people vote for is what happens?
Even if it is the "wrong 25%" who came out to vote, they were the people who actually gave a shit and voted. And even if every transgender person voted for this, they must've been such a small minority group that they had no weight to throw around in this issue.

Why Maroon 5? Wouldn't it make more sense to choose a band that is more reviled, like Nickelback or Creed?
